Johnson Controls and Lincoln Tech have agreed to a program focused on training and hiring of technical workers. The goal of the partnership is to bridge the talent gap and develop a program that focuses on the skills students need to advance their career in the changing marketplace. Graduates that complete Lincoln Tech’s HVAC and Electrical System curriculums will have the opportunity to pursue a career with Johnson Controls and help support institutions around the world.
