This program design prepares students for entry into the Chassis Inspection, repair and maintenance career field. Students enrolled in this program will learn theory, functions, diagnostics, and repair of chassis type of trailers used in the trucking industry. Using industry standard tools and equipment, students will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on chassis type of trailers.

Upon completing the program, the graduate should Possess knowledge and versatility in the chassis repair field to qualify for entry-level positions as a chassis inspector and or service technician. Students will be required to complete out-of-class assignments, practical tests, and quizzes in each course.
